Grounding Cable Earth Reel
Grounding Cable Earth Reel - Earth Use this high quality earth grounding cable reel to safely ground an electrical system, or piece of electrical equipment, to ensure that static electricity build-up is safely discharged and returned to earth. Without a system such as this installed the electricity flow would simply continue to build, potentially sparking, electrocuting or causing fires/explosions within your working environment.
This version of the reel includes a heavy-duty connection clip for direct attachment to the grounding point. Designed for use in industrial-grade environments, this clip is sturdy, reliable and is rated to 400A.
The cable reel is supplied as standard in a shock-resistance plastic external case. The reel has a built-in ratchet stop device at every 50cm, ensuring that the cable is kept steady. The ratchet can be removed as needed (ideal if constant traction of the cable is required).
As standard this reel also includes double earth contacts, slipring with brass rings and brushes, IP42 ingress protection and collector insulating power of 2.5kV.
