Each flow meter is calibrated at 50 psi inlet pressure
Materials
Flow meter shall be manufactured to EN 13220:1999 and ISO 15002:2008 and constructed from chromium-plated brass body, inner and external tube in crack resistant polycarbonate and stainless steel ball. Other pieces shall be in brass.
Humidifier:
Constructed from polycarbonate, Sterilisation should be conducted in an autoclave on a 25 min cycle at 121 ºC, 1.3 kPa (max. 40 times). Before sterilisation remove the tube and diffuser and consequently disposed.
Quality:
Manufactured under BS EN 13485 Medical Devices: Quality Management Systems and carries CE0086 Class IIb Medical Device certification.
Warranty
The flow meter shall have a two-year warranty, subject to the recommended minimum routine maintenance operations being carried out by correctly competent persons.

The units comprise of a first fix, second fix and a second fix valve assembly and connect medical appliances to the gas supply system. A mounting box suitable for both surface and flush installations is also provided. CPX British Standard and DIN Standard Gas Outlets utilize a common first fix assembly. The CPX Terminal Unit is designed to enable gas probes to be connected and disconnected easily and with minimal effort and the same time as giving a strong, reliable and secure connection. They are available for oxygen, nitrous oxide, 50% oxygen/50% nitrous oxide mixture, medical air, surgical air, medical vacuum, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and AGSS. The terminal units can be flexibly integrated into any type of installation including surface, flush, bedhead and pendant and are supplied with a 3 year warranty.
