Key Adjustable Functions

The “three-function” designation refers to the bed’s specialized motorized movements, seamlessly controlled via an intuitive wired hand pendant:

• Backrest Elevation (0° to ~75°): Smoothly transitions the patient from a flat lying position to a fully upright sitting posture. This aids respiration, eases dining, and makes watching television or talking with family much more comfortable.
• Knee-Rest/Leg Elevation (0° to ~40°): Elevates the lower extremities to improve peripheral blood circulation, reduce lower back pressure, and prevent the patient from sliding down the bed when the backrest is upright.
• Variable Height Adjustment Mechanically raises or lowers the entire bed frame relative to the floor. Lowering the bed makes transferring a patient to a wheelchair or helping them stand up safe and effortless. Raising the bed allows nurses and doctors to administer treatment at an ergonomically comfortable waist height.
