They are suitable for jointing degreased medical gas copper tube pipelines compliant to BS EN 13348, BS EN 1057 and BS 2871 Part 1 Table X as quoted in HTM 02-01 and C11.

- All CPX degreased copper fittings are engraved with the following information: EN 1254, size, manufacturer details.
- Each fitting is individually bagged in a clear protective polythene bag and sealed to maintain cleanliness
- Each bag is labelled with the degreased specification, product code and production batch number.
- Cleanliness is guaranteed below 0.01 mg/cm² of hydrocarbons on the degreased surface of the fitting.
- All boxes include logical and concise labeling identification.
- 25 Year guarantee.

In use, the number of or even dozens of oxygen cylinders are centrally connected to the manifold pipe. The gas is filtered, decompression and pressure stabilized, and transported to the use site. AmcareMed Medical Automatic Gas Manifold is fully automatic and has pressure regulators with LED Display. Pressure unit provides a bar, Mpa or psi for measurement conversion. The fully automatic manifold system monitors cylinder tank pressure electronically, automatically changes over to the secondary tank when the primary cylinder tank is depleted and eliminates the need to manually set a priority side. The solenoid valve technology allows us to eliminate the shuttle valve and it can be realized automatically switch do not need operator debugging.
