Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

Installation Overview – BioGuard™ Antimicrobial Wall Cladding Sheets

1. Surface Prep: Ensure host walls are dry, structurally sound, smooth, and free of dust or grease.

2. Adhesive Application: Apply 100% solvent-free full-coverage polyurethane cladding adhesive to the back of the 4×8 ft sheet.

3. Mounting: Position the BioGuard™ sheet on the wall, roller-press to remove air pockets, and allow a 1–2 mm expansion gap at joints.

4. Sealing: Join sheets using thermo-welding vinyl rods or snap-on PVC cladding joint profiles.

Cleaning & Aftercare

• Wipe down surfaces with standard quaternary ammonium, chlorine, or hydrogen peroxide disinfectant cleaners.

• Avoid abrasive steel pads or harsh scraper tools to preserve the outer satin protective finish over long-term use.
