Dortek GRP doors have a fully encapsulated, smooth surface which is free from joints, laminated or layered components which can harbour mould or bacteria. The inorganic construction and water repellency of Dortek doors provides no sustenance for harmful microorganisms. Our doors have been independently tested by IMSL (Industrial Microbiological Services) for resisting:

Fire Safety:
Fire doors are often the first line of defence in a fire and their correct specification can be the difference between life and death for building occupants. Dortek’s fire doors are designed, tested and certified to meet the most stringent fire certifications. We can achieve a 5 hour fire rating and have attained fire certifications to meet over 50 worldwide standards.
Our patented built-in intumescent strip means that our fire doors are ideal for hygienic environments as the strip is not exposed.
