Oxygen Nitrous Oxide Medical Air Plant Medical Gas Cylinder central Plant stations are installed to provide a reliable source of supply for the Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide & Medical Air requirements of hospitals. Principal details of these Plants are usually similar. The only difference is the number of cylinders which are used in the Plants. These pressured gases are used in Operation Theaters, Intensive Care Units, Baby Care Units, Emergency Rooms and Patient Rooms.
The gas is stored at high pressure in specifically made cylinders that are connected to the Central Plant Station. The pressure in the cylinder will vary according to the gas contained in the cylinder (O2, – N2O. Air). This Plant has been designed and built specially for hospitals to comply fully with ISO 7396:2004, ISO 13485:2003, EN 46001, ISO 14971, EN 980, EN 940, EN 739, EN 737, EN 793, DIN 13260, HTM 2022 and American Standards and is CE Marked. These Plants are manufactured in compliance to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2001, EN 46001, EN 1441:1997, EN 980,EN 940, EN 739, EN 737 ,EN 793, DIN 13260, HTM 2022, American Standards and CE Marked.

BUILT MATERIAL Built from individually heat treated extruded aluminium sections, the unit provides separate compartments for medical gases and electrical services. Medical Gas Outlets Precision UK also known as CPX Terminal Units are designed and manufactured in the UK under BS EN 13485 Medical Devices: Quality Management Systems. The units comprise of a first fix, second fix and a second fix valve assembly and connect medical appliances to the gas supply system. A mounting box suitable for both surface and flush installations is also provided. CPX British Standard and DIN Standard Gas Outlets utilize a common first fix assembly. The CPX Terminal Unit is designed to enable gas probes to be connected and disconnected easily and with minimal effort and the same time as giving a strong, reliable and secure connection. They are available for oxygen, nitrous oxide, 50% oxygen/50% nitrous oxide mixture, medical air, surgical air, medical vacuum, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and AGSS. The terminal units can be flexibly integrated into any type of installation including surface, flush, bedhead and pendant and are supplied with a 3 year warranty. Test plugs are included with flush, surface, and bedhead types for first fix pressure testing on site.
